Started working on my AeT seriously this month.
The goal is to do 4 hours of rowing with a heart rate lower than 150 per week.
A good goal for the end of April according to Gemini would be:
- Target Goal: 12,750m to 12,950m in 1 hour.
- Target Pace: 2:19.0 to 2:21.0 / 500m
- Heart Rate Cap: 140 bpm

- I took Friday off after my evident fatigue last thursday (16th April).
- Did excellent today, felt good. Today it felt like my muscles were about equivalent to my heart. Meaning that my muscles actually felt tired, before it was only my heart which would push. 13285m

- 35 minutes rowing. I had to stop because my heart rate was far too high. I really needed rest from my workout the day before. link to workout

- 20 reps of ABC with 2x24kg EMOM. The last 3 I had to stretch over more time. I lost some of my shape for kettlebells but not too much. I think that doing strength once a week for a while longer won't be a bad thing.
- 50 pushups in sets of 10.

Felt excellent, I think that the water on my face triggers the mammalian reflex and relaxes me.

Much better, it felt easy to keep my heart rate in check up until the last 5 - 7 minutes.
It was a super easy session for me though.
