5 x 20 snatches with 24kg (10 each arm) + 10 pushups. Quick workout, takes me about 15 minutes. It's something to do the days when I don't want to do much.

40 armour building complex reps with 24kg one arm only.
That is 20 reps for each arm.

Armour building complex is 2 cleans, 1 press and 3 squats. video from Dan John. I didn't do this workout properly, it should have been 2 cleans, 1 press and 2 squats on each side.

10 EMOM alternating between:

  • 10 1 arm swings with 32kg, 5 reps each arm
  • 10 snatches with 24kg, 5 reps each arm

7 EMOM:

  • 2 reps of clean, press, squat with 48kg; 24kg each arm

I wanted to do 10 EMOM but I didn't have it in me
