  • 30 minutes of rowing at below 140 beats per minute. I wasn't able to row any faster than 2m25 per 500m with that heart rate. Average was 141 BPM. Did 6229m in the 30 min. AeT

  2. 10 minutes, 100 half snatches with 24kg. Did half snatches to save my hands
