- 100 2 arm swings with 32kg in 5 min, 50 2 arm swings with 32kg in 5 min no rest. When doing 20 per minute, my forearms were burning like hell. I need to work forearms it seems.
- 5 minutes of 14 snatches per minute with 20kg. 70 snatches.

- 100 snatches in 5 min with 16kg warm up
- 20 EMOM armor building complex (ABC) with 2x24kg. It got hard in the last 5 reps, I could have done 5 more but it would have pushed me to the limit.

Feeling better now - the week of rest helped.
My hands hurt, I had to put on my black cotton gloves to avoid ripping my skin.
It was surprisingly not too hard. I think I could do the 100 snatch test with 20kg in 5 min now.
